Water quality data is compiled, normalised and derived from public and third-party sources including Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) annual compliance reports and water company publications. While we take reasonable care in compiling and presenting this data, we do not warrant its absolute accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any particular purpose. Source materials are published by third parties on their own schedules and may contain errors, omissions or inconsistencies beyond our control. Always refer to your water company for the most current information.
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, health, safety, environmental, property, legal or professional advice. Water quality scores, ratings, parameters and recommendations are general informational outputs based on area-level compliance data. They do not reflect conditions at any specific property, tap, pipe or point in time and are not a substitute for independent laboratory testing or professional assessment.
